These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talkzooa mobile application ("App"), operated by Talkzooa ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1Eligibility
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use Talkzooa.
- •The App is not intended for children under 13.
- •By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2Account Registration
- •You may use the App with or without creating an account.
- •If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

✕Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
✕Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
✕Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App or its content
✕Use the App in a way that harms other users or the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4App Features & Content
- •Talkzooa provides language-learning features for educational purposes only.
- •We do not guarantee learning outcomes or results.
- •App features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.
5Voice Features
- •The App may request access to your device's microphone for learning features.
- •Voice data is processed temporarily and not stored.
- •By using voice features, you consent to this processing.
6Advertising
- •The App displays ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
- •Ads may be personalized based on device or usage data.
- •We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7Subscriptions & Payments
- •Paid subscriptions are available only through the Apple App Store.
- •All payments, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
- •We do not process or store payment information.
- •Subscription availability may vary by region.
8Intellectual Property
- •All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Talkzooa are owned by or licensed to us.
- •You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
9Third-Party Services
- •The App uses third-party services (e.g., authentication, analytics, ads).
- •We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
- •Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10Account Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time through the App.
- •We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
- •Upon termination, your right to use the App ends.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
