4.2 Voice Data

  • •The App may request microphone access for learning features.
  • •Voice data is processed temporarily for functionality (e.g. speech recognition).
  • •Voice recordings are NOT stored on our servers.
  • •Temporary processing still constitutes data collection, and is handled securely.

4.3 Usage & Device Data

We may automatically collect:

  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address
  • App usage data (screens viewed, actions, session duration)
  • Crash and performance data

We do not collect:

5Advertising

  • •Ad types: Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded
  • •Ad provider: AppLovin
  • •Ads may be personalized, based on device identifiers and usage data.
  • •You can manage ad personalization through your device settings.

6Subscriptions & Payments

  • •Subscriptions are available only via Apple App Store.
  • •Payments are processed entirely by Apple.
  • •We do not store or process payment information.
  • •Google Play subscriptions are currently unavailable in Kosovo.

9Data Retention

10Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account and request deletion of personal data directly within the App or by contacting support@talkzooa.com.

Account deletion triggers immediate removal of personal data. When you delete your account, the following data is deleted immediately:

  • •User profile data (email, username, display name, photo)
  • •Authentication account and tokens
  • •Learning data associated with the account

Limited residual data may remain temporarily in system backups or technical systems. We retain only a non-identifying hashed deletion record for fraud prevention purposes. No personal data is retained after deletion unless legally required.
